Founding Edition frames ship with the first batch, in the order they were placed. We'll email your ship date as soon as it's set, and tracking the day it leaves.

Returns & home trial
Live with it for 30 nights. If it isn't right, email us and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a few days of the frame arriving back with us.
Ordered but not shipped yet? Cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.
Warranty
Every eFrame is covered for two years against defects in the frame, display, and battery. If something goes wrong, we'll repair or replace it.
